Receta Kansas City Steak Strips

Ingredientes
- 1 lb lean round steak trimmed
- 4 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine divided
- 1 x 10 ounce. can mushroom pcs liquid removed
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 1/2 c. chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. cool water
- 1 x 9 ounce. pkg. frzn cut green beans cooked and liquid removed
- 1 x 8 ounce. pkg. egg noodles cooked and liquid removed
Direcciones
- 1. Cut steak into strips. Heat 3 Tbsp. butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add in mushrooms and onion; saute/fry till tender, about 2 min.
- Remove with a slotted spoon.
- 2. Add in remaining butter to skillet. Add in steak. Saute/fry for 5 min or possibly till browned on all sides. Add in chili sauce. Simmer, covered, for 10 min, or possibly till meat is tender.
- 3. Blend flour with cool water. Stir into skillet. Cook, stirring continually, till mix comes to a boil, about 5 min. Reduce heat; return mushrooms and onion to skillet.
- 4. Add in green beans to skillet; mix well. Heat to serving temperature; don't boil. Serve over warm buttered noodles.
