Ingredientes

  • 4 (8 ounce) pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 2 T grated onion
  • 2 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 2 (7 1/2 ounce) cans well liquid removed crab meat
  • 2 (12 ounce) bottles chili sauce
  • 1 c. minced parsley

Direcciones

  1. Grease 8 inch springform mold. Mix first 6 ingredients till well blended. Spread on bottom of springform mold.Spread crab meat over cheese layer. Spread chili sauce over crab meat layer. Cover with Saran or possibly foil. Chill overnight. Remove sides and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with crackers. Serves 20.
