Ingredientes

  • 13 1/2 ounce Skim evaporated lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. Finely minced onion
  • 1 c. Dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 2 lb Lean grnd beef
  • 10 ounce Medium egg noodles (about 6 c.)
  • 2 quart Boiling water
  • 1 Tbsp. Veg. oil (optional)
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 lrg Large eggs, fork-beaten
  • 1/3 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 25 ounce Canned chunky meatless spaghetti sauce
  • 1 c. Grated medium Cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients in medium bowl.
  2. Add in grnd beef. Mix well. Pack in greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake in 350 F oven for 30 to 35 min. Drain.
  3. Cook noodles in boiling water, veg. oil and second amount of salt in large uncovered pot or possibly Dutch oven for 5 to 7 min till tender but hard.
  4. Drain.
  5. Combine Large eggs and Parmesan cheese in small bowl. Stir. Add in to noodles. Mix well. Pour over beef. Spread to make even layer.
  6. Drizzle spaghetti sauce over top. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Return to oven for 15 min.
  7. Serves 8
