Ingredientes

  • 15 x Lasagne noodles
  • 2 c. Cottage cheese
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/4 tsp Onion salt
  • 1 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. Mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Onion salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 c. Butter
  • 1 c. Minced onions Lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain. Line bottom of 9"x13" pan with noodles. In medium bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg and onion salt together. Spread over noodles. Cover with a layer of noodles.
  2. In same bowl, mix cheddar cheese with potatoes, salt, onion salt and pepper. Spread over noodles. Cover with another layer of noodles.
  3. Heat butter in pan. Saute/fry onion till transparent and soft. Pour over noodles. Cover. Bake 30 min in 350 degree oven. Let stand 10 min before serving. Serve with lowfat sour cream.
