  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 large onion, minced
  • 1/3 c. fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 12 ounce. can tomato juice
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 4-5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
  • 1 doz. small white boiling onions, peeled
  • 1 doz. baby carrots
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 10 ounce. pkg. frzn lima beans
