Ingredientes

1/4 cup milk
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda ( baking soda)
2 eggs
2 cups brown sugar
Pinch of salt
3 cups of flour
1/2 cup peanutbutter
125g butter/ margarine( 1/2 lb)

Direcciones

Cream butter, sugar and eggs
Add peanut butter, mix
Dissolve baking soda in the milk, add and mix
Allow to stand for 30 minutes
Form sausages that will fit in the tube of the cookie press
Press out the cookies on an absolutely clean un greased baking sheet
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the cookie pattern
Allow to cool for 3 minutes then quickly remove and transfer to a cooling rack
If they stick to the baking sheet, pop into the oven for 1 minute
When cooled, store in a suitable container
