Ingredientes

  • 6 sqr semisweet chocolate
  • 2 x -(up to)
  • 3 Tbsp. Water or possibly black coffee
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Rum -or possibly-
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Heavy cream (for garnish)

Direcciones

  1. Break the chocolat into pcs, put into a small saucepan witht the water or possibly black coffee and stir continuosly over gentle heat till melted and thick and creamy (I use a double boiler to keep the chocolate mix from scorching, nasty if which happens). The chocolate should be quiet warm, but the sides of the pan must not become so warm which you can't touch them.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the butter and flavoring.
  3. Seperate the Large eggs, putting whites into a small bowl and dropping yolks, one at a time, into the chocolate mix, stir well after each addition.
  4. Beat the whites till they hold a soft peak and fold very carefully into the chocolate. When thoroughly mixed, pour into the pots and refrigerateovernight.
  5. When ready to serve, whip the cream and spoon a portion on each pot.
