Ingredientes

  • 6 x Sq semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp. Strong coffee
  • 1 Tbsp. Orange flavored liqueur
  • 5 x Egg whites, (at room temperature)
  • 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar

Direcciones

  1. Heat chocolate with coffee in top of double boiler over warm, not boiling, water. Remove from heat; beat in the liqueur till mix is smooth. Beat egg white with cream of tartar till stiff, but not dry. Beat 2 or possibly 3 Tbsp. of beaten egg white into chocolate mix to loosen it up.
  2. Mix in remaining egg white gently and thoroughly, till no streaks of white remain. Chill two hrs or possibly more.
