not the most prettiest and impressive cheesecake. Yet the easiest and cheapest to made - minimal ingredients and you save on electricity too.

  • 2 packets (137g) blueberry Oreo biscuits (or any other you like)
  • 2 tbsp soften salted butter
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp carton milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp gelatine - melted

Direcciones

  1. Scrape out the cream from the biscuits.
  2. Keep the cream aside.
  3. Crush biscuits - either in the food processor or add in a zip lock bag and bang and roll with a rolling pin.
  4. Crumble it with butter.
  5. Press into a greased baking pan.
  6. Leave it in the fridge.
  7. Meanwhile, whisk cream cheese and the blueberry cream (scraped out of the biscuits)
  8. Pour in milk and melted gelatine.
  9. Whisk vigorously and add on top of the biscuit layer.
  10. Smooth it out - how ever you like.
  11. Put back in the fridge and let it set overnight.
