Ingredientes

  • 6 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. Mango chutney, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Curry pwdr, up to 1
  • 4 x Bays english muffins, split, lightly toasted
  •     Baby lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 lb Sliced cooked turkey
  • 8 slc Tomato, halved
  • 8 slc English cucumber, halved

Direcciones

  1. Combine cream cheese, chutney and curry pwdr; spread on toasted muffins.
  2. Top with lettuce. Alternate slices of turkey, tomato and cucumber; garnish with a dollop of spread and cucumber.
  3. Notes: Cream cheese punctuated with the mild heat of mango chutney and curry pwdr makes an intriguing partner for leftover turkey breast and cold tomato and cucumber slices. Serve these open-face sandwiches as a light end-of- Thanksgiving Day supper. S: 4
