Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. Dark brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 c. White vinegar, more to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
  • 1 1/2 tsp Freshly grnd black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd allspice
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd mace
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 2 c. Tomato ketchup

Direcciones

  1. In a large saucepan, combine all the sauce ingredients. Heat over medium, stirring well to mix and dissolve the spices. Reduce the heat and simmer the sauce, uncovered, for 30 minutes., stirring occasionally.
