Pumpkin Spiced and Iced Cookies

Ingredientes

  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teas pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 can 15oz Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups (12oz pkg) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts optional
  • Vanilla Glaze (recipe below)
  • For Glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-1 1/2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • combine in a small bowl mix well

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Grease baking sheets or line with parchment.
  3. Combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Beat butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl til creamy.
  4. Beat in pumpkin, eggs and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chips and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets.
  5. Bake for 15-20 mins or till edges are lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets for 2 mins, remove to wire rack to cool. Spread or drizzle with Vanilla Glaze
