Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. Rhodes frzn bread dough (2 loaves)
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Spaghetti sauce (your favorite recipe or possibly store bought)

Direcciones

  1. One day before making Calzones, put bread dough in refrigerator to thaw overnight. Divide each loaf into 8 equal pcs. Roll into an oval, put a small slice of mozzarella (1 inch square x 1/4 inch) chees on 1/2, moisten edges with fingertips dipped in water. Fold dough in half and pinch edges together. Place each Calzone in a sandwich bag. Place all bagged Calzones into a gallon sliced freezer bag till ready to use.To bake: Remove from baggies and place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 20 min till golden. Serve with spaghetti sauce (over, to dip into, inside, etc.).
