Ingredientes

  • 5 1/3 c. Catsup
  • 1 quart Molasses
  • 1 1/3 c. Decaffeinated Coffee, prepared
  • 1 1/3 c. Cider Vinegar
  • 3 x Chipotle Peppers (Dry), minced fine
  • 3 x Jalapeno Peppers, minced fine
  • 4 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry Thyme
  • 2 tsp Cumin

Direcciones

  1. Mix well in large pot; run through a blender in batches to thoroughtly blend. Label the sauce with date, and store in gallon jugs.
  2. Makes 1 1/3 gallons sauce.
  3. To add in more "fire" to the sauce, add in 10 habanero chile peppers, minced.
