Ingredients: 5 1/3 c. Catsup; 1 quart Molasses; 1 1/3 c. Decaffeinated Coffee, prepared; 1 1/3 c. Cider Vinegar; 3 x Chipotle Peppers (Dry), minced fine; 3 x Jalapeno Peppers, minced fine; 4 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard; 1 1/2 tsp Salt; 1 Tbsp. Black Pepper; 1 Tbsp. Dry Thyme; 2 tsp Cumin

Ingredientes

5Â 1/3 c. Catsup
1 quart Molasses
1Â 1/3 c. Decaffeinated Coffee, prepared
1Â 1/3 c. Cider Vinegar
3 x Chipotle Peppers (Dry), minced fine
3 x Jalapeno Peppers, minced fine
4 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1Â 1/2 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp. Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. Dry Thyme
2 tsp Cumin

Direcciones

Mix well in large pot; run through a blender in batches to thoroughtly blend. Label the sauce with date, and store in gallon jugs.
Makes 1 1/3 gallons sauce.
To add in more "fire" to the sauce, add in 10 habanero chile peppers, minced.
