Ingredientes

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 2/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 c. toasted coconut
  • Vanilla ice cream scooped into balls

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter over low heat. Stir in brown sugar and evaporated lowfat milk. Add in peanut butter and cook, stirring constantly till well blended. Roll ice cream balls in toasted coconut and top with sauce.
  2. (Coconut can be toasted by putting it in a shallow pan in 300 degree oven and stirring frequently till browned.)
