Ingredientes

  • 1 lb bulk pork sausage
  • 1 lb grnd beef
  • 2 can red kidney beans (15.5 ounce. ea.) liquid removed
  • 1 can tomatoes (28 ounce.) cut-up
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 1 c. minced green pepper
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1 can tomato paste (6 ounce.)
  • 2 x cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp chili pwdr

Direcciones

  1. In skillet cook sausage & grnd beef until browned; drain off excess fat. Transfer meat to crock pot. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover & cook on low-heat setting for 8-10 hrs.
