Ingredientes

  • 2 lb sausage (1 pound warm, 1 pound mild)
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 x (8 ounce.) container French onion dip
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. minced green pepper
  •     salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 x 30 oz bag shredded frzn hash browns, thawed
  • 6 x scrambled Large eggs (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Brown and drain sausage well (mix both kinds together in the same skillet).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cheese, chicken soup, lowfat sour cream, chip dip, onion, green pepper, Large eggs (if you like), and salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Spread 1/2 of mix in bottom of greased 9 X 13 baking dish (or possibly a little larger - this makes a large pan full). Spread 1/2 of sausage over the potato mix. Repeat potato layer, top with remaining sausage. I sprinkle more cheese on top. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
