Receta Sausage Stroganoff

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Pork sausages
- 1 c. Onion, minced
- 1 c. Mushrooms
- 1 can Tomato paste
- 3/4 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Wine
- 1 x Salt, pepper, garlic & dill
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
Direcciones
- Cook sausage, onion and mushrooms. Stir in tomato paste, water, wine and spices. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover, simmer 10 min. Combine lowfat sour cream and flour. Stir into meat mix. Stir until thickened. Serve over noodles.
