Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Frzn perch fillets
  • 1 x Egg
  • 4 Tbsp. Bread crumbs
  •     Salt
  •     White pepper
  •     Garlic pwdr
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 1 sm Can green chile salsa
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped parsley
  •     Lemon wedges
  • 2 pkt Frzn leaf spinach, drain thoroughly
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine
  •     Salt, pepper, grnd nutmeg

Direcciones

  1. Thaw fish and separate fillets, and turn in mix of bread crumbs and seasonings. Heat margarine in microwave. Cover with plastic wrap and puncture in four corners. Microwave at high (100%) for 4-6 min.
  2. For Spinach: Thaw spinach, squeeze dry. Arrange thawed spinach in shallow dish, pour over two Tbsp. of melted margarine, seasoned with salt, pepper& nutmeg. Put fish on top. Pour green chile salsa over fish. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at medium high (70%) for 6 min or possibly till salsa bubbles and spinach is heated through. Minced parsley and lemon wedges for garnish.
