Ingredientes

  • 2 cups of Basmathi rice
  • 1 Bunch of fresh Spinach/Palak
  • 1 cup of corn
  • 1 onion
  • 2 -3 Green chillies (Acc. to ur taste)
  • 1 tsp. of Ginger-Garlic paste
  • Few nos. of Cashews (Optional)
  • Oil / Ghee
  • For Grinding
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • Few nos. of Cinnamon and cloves
  • 2 cardmamom
  • 1 tsp. of Aniseed
  • 1 big sized tomato
  • Grind these ingredients with little water and keep it aside
