Ingredientes

  • 4 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 c. plain flour
  • 1 c. vegetable oil (Mazola)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 T baking pwdr
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 2 c. buttermilk

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Dissolve 2 pkgs yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. Add in buttermilk. Mix well with dry ingredients. Cover and put in refrigerator. Pinch off as much as needed each day. This will keep a week. No need to let rise. You can bake immediately at 400-450 degrees for 15 min.
