Bird Explorers is a non-profit organisation run by Kevin and Wojciech, designed to promote bird and wildlife conservation though photography. We freely share our photos with museums, universities, schools, conservation groups, libraries and worthy causes throughout the developing world. We invite you to follow our adventures as the two of us attempt to photograph every species of bird in the world in an effort to promote the awareness, conservation and astonishing beauty of our planet's amazing and diverse bird life.
As we travel the globe, we love to explore the culinary world, and we love to eat!! The world is an amazing smörgåsbord of wonderful flavours and textures. So we have joined CookEatShare to find some great recipes and to provide critiques of those that we try.

Influencias de Cocina
We have lived around the world so we have tried many different cuisines. Our favourites are Thai, Szechuan, Nonya, Javanese, Swedish-Norwegian, German, Polish, Spanish, Hungarian, Egyptian, Italian, English, Scottish, Adirondack-New England, Mexican, Brazilian, Argentinian-Chilean, French, Nepali, Kashmiri.
Kevin was influenced by his grandmother, Alice Gifford Craig who made all the wonderful Adirondack staples and was the blue ribbon pie winner in the Fulton County County Fair for 20 years running, a record that has never been equalled!! There is nothing that does not go well with maple syrup!!
Wojciech was influenced by his mother, Liliana Dabrowka, who is the best cook in all of Poland!! Her zurek is to die for and her bygos is heavenly.
