i am a down to earth person with a great respect and love for food. i have not gone to school for culinary arts but i have had plenty of practice with food. I enjoy hanging around with my friends and shooting thee breeze. Cookouts are great and any chance i get to cook for a group of people i take it and try to pull out all the stops.
Influencias de Cocina
Alot of my cooking influences have come from me living overseas. I lived in the netherlands for 5 and a half years and from there i traveled throughout all of europe and scandinavia and other countries to long to list. because of this cultural melting pot that i have aquired i learned the values of europe and thier love of food and family tradition. My top three are Italian, Germain, and England when it comes to food.
