Acerca de mí
Love to create or modify recipes. I use the MasterCook program. It's great. I have many recipes, under my belt. No pun intended. I was blessed with having a mother, who was an awesome cook, and loved to experiment. She was a master in the art of using spices. Both grandmothers were awesome cooks, also. One was of German background, and the other was Irish/Welsh. My wife is from China, and is a great Chinese cook. I cook Chinese, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Greek, Mexican, Irish, Russian, Polish, American, and some Japanese. I love sweets, but I'm not a baker. My favorite things I like to cook with, are Shrimp, Crab, Clams, giant Prawn, Salmon, fresh Lobster, Rib-eyes, Chicken, fresh Cod, Chinese veg., Chuck roasts, anything Sweet-n-Sour, BBQ Ribs, and Casseroles. I have over 580 recipes of my creation, or modification. I'm a great editor of recipes, and know how to write one that's easy to read and follow. My other interests are Inventing, Computers, Electronics, Math, Physics, Music, Home design(CAD), Photography (we give photo-ops to China, twice a year, limit 16- our Web site is "ZHOUSU.US"), Astronomy, Camping, and Mushroom hunting. I'm sure I forgot many more interests. I'm retired, so I can do anything or go anywhere I want to, these days. Most of my friends are inventors, scientists, computer building and programmers, and love to cook, or just love good food. I have two friends who are professional chefs, and one owns a famous restaurant in the area. This is enough for know. Dave
