I'm a wife and mom to 4 vastly different kids with many different likes and dislikes.. I am responsible for not only the regular day to day suppers but the Sunday morning breakfasts, holiday meals and all the snacks in between.
Baking has always brought me peace and self fulfillment and as of the last 10 years or so cooking has taught me much about the differences in the world..
I've traveled a bit and learned to love and appreciate what other cultures have to offer.
My all time favorite food has always been Italian, but after going to Greece Turkey, Mexico and Brazil, I'm not sure if Italian is now my #1. :)
Recently I've been diagnosed with Non-Celiac Gluten Intolerance and therefore my love of Italian has been challenged. I'm constantly looking for new and exciting recipes to try and new ways to learn to cook for those i love..
