I haven't been on this site in a while. I am starting another page called "Disabled, but Still Cooking". I think they deleted my old page due to inactivity. I have had a bad year with my health, but am doing MUCH better now, so I want to give this another try. There is not another Group like this that I can find! I think it is greatly needed! People result to unhealthy fast food or take-out if they don't feel like making a meal for the family. I have some "go-to" recipes that I use instead of picking up the phone and calling for a pizza. I thought that you might have a couple of easy, quick recipes that could be made from a wheelchair or by a person who doesn't have a lot of energy due to illness or age. Think "Easy, Quick, Economical and Nutritious". If you have a recipe that fits these guidelines, will you please go to "Disabled, but Still Cooking" and post it there? Some of those slow cooker recipes might be just the kind of recipes that would be good for this site.

Amos,you're cranking out the recipes! I've been swamped and fall back on the slow cooker to live off of these last few weeks. But thats not bad at all!.
