Engaged mother of one grown Daughter, and one almost grown Son that both enjoy most of my cooking. My Fiance' is usually the Guinea pig when I am in creative mode. I absolutely LOVE food of all kinds, but for the taste and the never-ending ways to switch and swap, I would definitely have to say SWEETS(all of them) and PASTA and all the creamy sauces that go with them are my TRUE LOVE!:^} I find it extremely hard to make life any better than sittin down in front of LMN, or ID and eatin a large bowl creamy, stringy, gooey sauce piled high on top of a bed of some funky shaped pasta!!HaHa Just in the last 6 months have I realized the HUGE variety of pasta!! If I could go to one place in this world it would be to PARIS, to most definitely eat all the freshly made pasta and cheeses I could hold!! and to watch them make it!!!Okay, now Im starving! Let me find a good recipe!!LOL
