I've studied nutrition (on my own), and been coached by Bob for 30 years on every new finding in Cardiology, Nutrition, and Diabetes both types 1 and 2.
Bob for 30 years has practiced internal medicine, cardiology, & the relationship between diabetes & cardiovascular disease (heart attack & stroke).
Our recipes emphasize low carb *&* low fat, plus the health benefits of cocoa & protein powder, which contains no cholesterol or fat. None! (Fish & skinless chicken breast do have cholesterol; what they don't have is saturated fat.)

Mediterranean and Japanese for their healthy low fat diets. Also everybody who bakes brownies, blondies, pancakes, pizza, tortillas ... but I'm developing flourless versions of those! No sugar either, including "natural" forms of sugar that are still sugar like honey, dried fruit, molasses, brown sugar <-- Delicious, yes!! But they're every bit as much sugar as the ol' white stuff in your sugar bowl.
