When I was a university student, I have joined homestay program at Modesto, California . It was my first experience of the real American home cooking. Recording what I ate everyday, my curiosity of international cuisine was born .
I've finished professional courses at the School of natural cookery in Boulder, Colorado. I studied Vegan cooking including baking.food. I am not a Vegan, but I use a lot of methods of what I studied there.
