Hello,everyone! I am Katherine.
I'm from China.If you want me to say something about Chinese food briefly,I think the word 'variable' is appropriate.Chinese food is so variable that maybe we can't try every single one even use lifetime,at least for me.I also have great intersts in western amazing desserts,I am looking forward to the day I can make them by myself.I am willing to share the way of making Chinese food with you and to learn about western yummy food.

When I was a little kid I preferred watching cooking TV programs to cartoon,for I was so wondering how the chef made those normal raw vegetables and meat into amazing dishes.I made my first dish when I was ten,which is a traditional Chinese dish called kung pao chicken,of course with my father guiding,but it was completely made by myself and that tasted not bad.From then on I always volunteered making some dishes,but it was a pity that my parents only allowed me making some simple ones,maybe because they didn't reckon on a teenager's cooking skill.Then they became more and more satisfied with my dishes,but the times I cook were less and less because I lived in high school then.After entering my university,I found college life is no less busy than that of high school.So when I come back home again.I think I should cherish the opportunity of cooking.Finally,I want to show one of my dreams here:having a well-furnished kitchen of my own :-)
