Welcome to the little corner of the internet where cake designer meets food fanatic and amateur picture maker with otherwise general musings of the best, and sometimes the worse things in life. So then…

I'm Louise; a little on the short side, very much on the silly side (as you can see); but generally an all round lover of life! I’m British born, and live in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds. I’m a research psychologist turned cake designer. I love food, and have the hugest sweet tooth – sugar fiend! I bake a lot. I experiment a lot. Sometimes it doesn’t work, but when they do thy end up here. The only thing that sometimes gets in my way, I’m allergic to nuts.

I live in the beautiful Cotswolds, with my husband, Ian.
