Acerca de mí

I started out 30 years ago as a back to the land organic farmer in the hills of Vermont. Every nigh I just had to go to my back yard to cook wioth the best produce the world had to offer. Later I was offered a job as an apprentice in a bakery and really loved pastries. Coming from a Fine Arts background helped also. I later started my own resturant, wrote a cookbook, studied at Ecole Lenotre in France and fin ally my catering company where I am now.
