Acerca de mí
One of the first things you need to know about me is that I am a Lord of the Rings NUT. Anything to do with LOTR … I’m on it. I’ve read the trilogy twelve times, and Hobbit three times; I’ve seen the movies more times than you want to know (and have good and bad opinions on them); and I think Eowyn/Faramir is a fantastic love story with more excitement and real-life love than Aragorn/Arwen could hope to have.
But I digress.
I’ve been baking in some fashion since I was little, but didn’t really start cooking until college, with my quarterly finals-week chili nights for my dorm. The rest, as they say, is history.
The meal I’m most proud of to date is the bison meatloaf I cooked on 2/16/13. It was a Real Simple recipe I’d never tried before, and I ended up changing about half of the ingredients due to store availability and my own personal tastes, but isn’t that the best kind of cooking?
