Acerca de mí
I graduated with an English degree from Davidson College, but soon found my passion in the kitchen. I enrolled in culinary school at Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte and graduated Summa Cum Laude with an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts. I worked in Charleston writing and testing recipes for Nathalie Dupree and Charleston’s The Post and Courier. I am an American Culinary Federation Certified Culinarian and have earned my Wine & Spirit Education Trust Level 2 Intermediate Certificate with Distinction. In Charlotte, I am the owner of Food Love (www.n2foodlove.com), a business that specializes in cooking lessons and private dinners in the comfort of your own home. When not in the kitchen, I share my passion for food and eating with the rest of the world through my blog, Minced (www.minced.wordpress.com). Enjoy!
