Influencias de Cocina
My father is the most influence cook in my life. He really loves herbs and spices. He taught me that I did not need to pay $100 to impress someone with my cooking that the biggest tricks were patience, pairing the proper spices, and learning the basics before you play with a recipe. Next would be my grandmother on my mom's side who made the best southern food EVER! She always cooked mouth watering meals on a shoe string budget. She always insisted that the most important ingredient was the love that went into the meal you were making. As far as baking goes my grandmother on my dad's side would be the winner she has made the most beautiful cakes since I was knee high to a grasshopper.
