Im originally from a small town in texas right on the texas oklahoma borderline (the red river) divides tx and ok. I have family on both sides which definitely makes for wild times when football season is around. :D Ive always called myself a TexasOkie . Ive got enough native american indian blood in me that had my grand-father not been so proud and sign the role back in the day...i would have some land on the res. ;) he was stubborn.I love all types of food and cooking /learning to cook them. I love outdoor grilling...seafood (lived in Louisiana for a few years and love me some cajun/creole) Got blessed and had friends who had a family owned shimp boat business so had all kinds ..It came either free or cheap to me and i missed it when i moved away for La. I do love the soft shell crab and never had eaten them until I lived in La. Anyway...Im gabbing to much as usual. Be well All.
