I live in Waterford, MI I'm 64yrs I cook all Ethnic foods and American some I would not eat I make my own Alcohol I have a table top still it is a lot of work that why I do not do it all of the time.

This is an excellent cooking resource for all of us, on every level of proficiency. You have a fine background and it's hard to do better than Julia. Julia and Jacques Pepin got it down. With thier guidance and a copy of 'Joy of Cooking', one can prepare almost everything edible, right down to squirrel. Do not hesitate to communicate with any of the cooks who put up a recipe - feedback is really appreciated because we all learn and grow by constructive comments.
