Having started a home-make pastry just with simple domestic home use Oven ( 1000watts only due to electricity problems there) and home appliances such as Blender in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam making Indonesian Traditional Kue Lapis (by my Indonesian wife from Tanjung Pinang, Bintan Island ) while I was employed as Chief Engineer in 5 stars Legend Saigon Hotel for 6 years till recently my Contract ended in June 2011.
Now back to Singapore and Indonesia ,Tanjung Pinang. And sometime to Batam.
We came like the Donuts sold in Batam Island there. So I would like to try to make it.
That's why I try to search for recipes and know how to make. I would like learn some simple methods or hand held donuts maker and simple oil fryer.
