I'm always looking for new recipes to add to my collection! :) I attended Florida Culinary's International Baking and Pastry Program and worked as a Pastry Chef for two years in Boca Raton FL before moving to VA. I have over a thousand cookbooks.. most of them are baking..maybe a handful are cooking..although I love to cook too :)
I am 100% Italian..grew up around the Sunday dinner table overflowing w/people..who all loved food..and so the tradition continues...in the love of food and desserts. Mostly desserts of course.
Both sets of grandparents and my own parents have all influenced my love of cooking Italian food. I also love Chinese..and am attempting to teach myself thanks to some great cookbooks by great chef's I have now added to my collection.
I am a mom of 2 grown children and one teen, and have one sweet grandbaby girl that is my world and I get to watch almost everyday! Baking has always been my passion.. and then came Avery who will be 1 this week! I can't wait to bake with her!! :)
