Acerca de mí
I was born and raised in Spokane, Washington and have over ten years experience in the culinary field. I have an associate’s degree in the Culinary arts and for a few years was the head chef at Weinsteinz fine dining in the Spokane valley until it closed it's doors. I am very familiar with with all sorts of culinary equipment and for a time I worked for ConAgra/Lamb Weston in their research and development lab. I have done institutional cooking and I always adhere to USDA safety standards. I have a passion for cooking and always look to broaden my knowledge of foods and food science. I currently live in the Seattle, Washington area with my long time boyfriend, Jim.
