Hi Michael. Sorry it's taken me so long to respond.
I think you are referring to the pan to put the brisket in? Is that correct? If that's the case I think you just need to use an oven roaster. It should be a roaster with a lid, that you can then fit into the oven.
Although, this recipe is pretty forgiving - and it might work just fine in an electric roaster as well.
