Claudia, This site seems to have many accomplished cooks. I hope that the recipes that I add to this particular group will not be too simple...But that is just the point. When I look at My Southern Living and Bon Apetite magazines, even Better Homes and Gardens, I see recipes that I would love to make, but I don't have ingredients on hand, it is difficult for me to shop for them, and I have many friends in a Post Polio Support Group who share my frustrations with cooking. We all used to really love to cook beautiful exciting dishes, but most of the time now, it is just about getting something good on the table for dinner with as little effort as possible.

I hope you and others will contribute some of your simple recipes to this site. Even simple recipes can be exciting and mouth watering....Thanks for checking in!
