Hi Magi. Glad you like Tuscan food. Me too! I'm going to Tuscany for a week this summer...will be taking some cooking classes..hoping to come back with some great recipes! And of course I'll post them to this group.

Indeed, there are many wonderful Tuscan bean dishes like fagioli al fiasco, fagioli all'uccelletto, fagioli e tonno, not to mention those wonderful hearty soups like ribollita.
