Stuffed Bell Peppers

Hello all.
Just joined the group and just got my nu wave oven. Been using it a lot, and just with the instruction cards. Can anyone tell me how long to cook the large size Ground meat stuffed Bell Peppers in the nu wave. I will mix in the sauce with the meat and would like to pour the sauce over the peppers while cooking or all at once. All so, I just cut the tops of the peppers off and clean and stuff like that. Only thing is I have all ready prepared the peppers and ready for cooking. So I guess I'll have to do them again the next time because I don't expect an answer right away. LOL:-) Any help would be appreciated. Male, 64 not so good cook.
