Welcome to Sizzlin' in SoCal

I recently joined CookEatShare and went looking for other chefs from the SoCal area to get to know. Since a location search on Southern California didn't yield any hits and there are too many cities to search individually, I started combing through all the California chefs. The overwhelming preponderance of SF Bay Area members became annoying after awhile.

I have nothing against the Bay Area, and I'm guessing that this site originated up there with many people already aware of it when it first launched. But I think it's time for SoCal to make its own waves.
