I found a great asset to my baking its wonderful and there is no using that spray that smells its wiltons cake release its great you can use it for your banana breads to you put some in the middle of your pans and spread it all over with a pastry brush and put in your batter and bake let your cake or bread sit for a few minutes then your baked goods just come right out

I love Wilton's baking pans! I got the Nordic Ware Rose Pound Cake pan for Valentine's Day and I made the cake that came with the pan last night. ( I can make much better pound cakes than this recip[e) But the cake LOOKED spectacular! It is only a 10 cup pound cake pan, however. :-(

I have to add one more pan that is awesome bought a tea cake pan mini bundt pan, from William Sonoma store... the cutest litte bundts like petite fours... will be posting soon... lovely pan, so much fun! Will check yours out as well!
