Hi
I've been vegetarian for years, but after reading Eating Animals, I am determined to cut the rest of the animal products from my diet. I'm struggling with the kids - how to feed them good food, that they will eat, minus the eggs and dairy. I've relied on these foods so much for the kids.
So -- hoping this group can provide some suggestions not just for the new vegan but for a young family as well.

Re: New to vegan cooking
Hemp is a great alternative milk source and flax seed is really good for you and an egg substitute in baking.
Sincerely,
Bonnie
