On the menu for these classes is: (1) Salad Greens with Stone Fruit, Toasted Almonds and Goat Cheese, (2) Summer Vegetable Soup ith Mint Pesto, (3) Grilled Butterflied Leg of Lamb with Romexco Sauce, (4) Oven-Fried Potato Chips with Smoky Salt, (5) Zinfandel and Raspberry Sorbet with Berry Compote.
