crab boil = shrimp spice To make your own: Tie the following spices in a muslin bag or in cheesecloth: 3 bay leaves, a small piece of dried ginger, and 1 teaspoon each of black peppercorns, mustard seeds, dill seeds, coriander seeds, whole cloves, and whole allspice.
